dot dot dot cards

Could I design a legible font using one big circle as a 'base' and then adding or taking away a maximum of 4 smaller circles?

This is how these cards started... But even if you can't read it straightaway, don't worry - the solution is on the back, and they still look nice either way!

Size: cards: 148mm square,
envelopes: 155mm square.
