Ogham Nutrition
Ogham Nutrition was set up in 2007 by Irene Riach, a qualified dietitian and an accredited sports dietition. She provides a holistic service to both sports professionals and to the general public.
Ogham Nutrition was looking for a clean and simple corporate identity, which would maintain a link to nature and the traditional meaning of Ogham - an early medieval alphabet, sometimes referred to as the 'Celtic Tree Alphabet'.
Irene is passionate about nutrition, and her strapline 'food fit for life' reflects this.
